The Blackout Brigade is a punk rock band from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This is their debut album from Canada's premier street punk rock'n'roll label out of Toronto! Insurgence Records has been consistently putting out top-notch material from some of the world's finest and best known left-leaning bands including Angelic Upstarts and The Oppressed and The Blackout Brigade fits right in quite nicely for being relative newcomers. The music is tight and melodic with lots of chugga-chugga guitars layered with catchy leadss and ther are loads of big chanting/sing-along chourses. Highly recommended for any fan of really agressive and melodic streetpunk.
